Meet The Local Property Experts - Our Team

At the heart of Ashton White are our property obsessed directors and friends of over 30 years, Mark Reeve & Chris White, who are so into everything property, have done very little else but buy, sell, build, advise and sell some more since they were in short trousers! If they held a property decathlon, Mark & Chris would be gold medal contenders; our events would range from residential sales & lettings, country & equestrian homes, to building new homes from scratch and commercial asset management at the highest level (Chris even runs a mean 1500 metres!). You will be in the safest pair of hands at Ashton White – Leading the Way Home.

Mark Reeve

Managing Director

Joint founder of Keith Ashton Estates back in 1987 and estate agent extraordinaire, Mark is the father of our little family. Preparing himself for each and every day with a gym session could well be the explanation for his constant chilled out mood and unbelievable amount of energy. When he’s not sweating it out at work or at the gym, he’ll be occupied with his children and their equally busy lives…

Chris White

Sales & Lettings Director

Chris’ career in estate agency started back in 1985; he keeps telling us he started very young! Many have said that if you cut Chris in half like a stick of rock, it would say Estate Agent‘ running right through the middle. From high end buying agent, country houses, new homes and investments it’s fair to say Chris has a passion for property! When he can tear himself away from the office, Chris can often be found in his kitchen rustling up a ‘Master Chef’ creation for his wife Dawn and their children”.

Toni Jones

Lettings Manager

Since joining the industry in 2015, Toni’s passion for property keeps on growing, remaining up to date with the latest legislation and her knowledge of the lettings business through her membership of The Association of Residential Lettings and Management, she’s a true lettings guru! Outside of work Toni enjoys country music and going on adventures with her partner and stepson.

Dawn White

Sales & lettings Executive

Our super organised backbone of the office; Dawn keeps us all in check, with her extensive customer service background and focus on the administrative side of the business. In her spare time, Dawn also provides care to the elderly in their homes and when she can find a minute, enjoys keeping fit and country walks with her family and their dog.

Oliver Littler

Professional Photographer

Oliver began his photography journey travelling the country as a schools portrait photographer. After honing his skills in portraiture, Oliver widened his career into property, as an architectural photographer in London. In subsequent years he has set up his own company as a professional property photographer and is his spare time loves travelling.
